EXTERNAL PACKAGING

The wooden box is made of sturdy material, and the excavator inside can be fixed with buffer pads and limiting devices. This effectively isolates collisions and 挤压 (such as truck bumps, loading and unloading knocks) during transportation, while blocking the intrusion of rainwater and dust. It prevents the machine body from rusting, electronic components from getting damp, or the hydraulic system from getting dusty, and particularly protects vulnerable parts such as buckets and oil pipes.

INTERNAL PACKAGING

Box frame: Adopting mortise-tenon joints or bolt fixation, with angle steel reinforced at the four corners, the bottom is paved with anti-slip wooden boards or metal pallets to prevent the excavator from sliding inside the box.
Internal limiting: According to the excavator's dimensions, stoppers, straps or buffer pads (such as pearl cotton, rubber mats) are added inside to fix the body, stabilizing vulnerable parts like the bucket and oil pipes to avoid collision damage during transportation.

SAFETY

In export scenarios, wooden crates treated with fumigation (marked with the IPPC logo) can meet quarantine requirements of various countries, effectively avoiding detention or fines caused by non-compliant wood materials. For oversize or overweight excavator components, customized wooden crates can work with transport tools (such as containers) to achieve standardized loading, complying with road transport regulations on cargo size and weight, ensuring legal and smooth transportation.
